Hello! I’m Talaura as you may already know. My primary medium is acrylic paint, but my process remains the same throughout any medium I use. The figures you see in majority of my paintings are close friends and family. When painting people I tend to paint those around me. When it comes to the landscapes in my work, I use these to let loose and paint purely through the way I feel creating what I like to call a dreamscape. The main reason I paint is so that I am not only able to capture moments but the feelings those being to the surface when I reflect on those times. My choice in using vibrant colors is that it will evoke the feelings and emotions I feel while painting.
